pechaberrypie: PIKARAR, LOOK! These Pikachu were spray painted on the outside wall of one of my college’s (University of California, San Diego) major lecture halls late last year, but it’s gone now. There is lots of spray paint art like this scattered throughout our campus. I do not know who is/are responsible for painting them. But most get painted over sooner or later. This is cool :D
